Gasoline forklift speed limiter development project passed the appraisal
The gasoline forklift speed limiter project jointly developed by Taiyuan University, Taiyuan University of Technology and Taiyuan Aviation Instrument Co., Ltd. Precision Electrical Equipment Factory has passed the provincial appraisal. The research results of this project have reached the international advanced level and filled the domestic gasoline forklift limit. A gap in the field of application of speed generators.
The forklift speed limiter is an important part of the safe operation of the gasoline forklift. The foreign gasoline forklifts are equipped with a limited speed device to ensure the safety of the hydraulic working system of the staff, the forked objects and the forklift. Most of the domestic forklifts do not have a speed limiter installed. It not only affects the safety of forklift work, but also is not conducive to the export of gasoline forklifts. This project is a series of speed limiters for 1 ton and 1.5 ton gasoline forklifts. The project first proposed the design and calculation method of pneumatic speed limiter for gasoline forklift engine, which provided design calculation for the development of domestic gasoline forklift engine speed limiter. Based on the optimization matching test, the structural factors affecting the speed limit performance of the forklift are found out. The speed limiter has a simple structure and economical use. The results of the performance matching test with the engine show that the speed limit characteristic is good. The impact on the dynamic performance, economic performance and emission characteristics of the forklift engine is in line with the requirements of relevant national and industrial standards, and has a good promotion and application value. Its main technical indicators are:
1. The maximum idling stable running speed of the engine limited by the speed limiter does not exceed 115% of the rated speed;
2. After installing the speed limiter, the maximum power and maximum torque of the gasoline engine will not fall by more than 10% of the original machine;
3. When the gasoline engine is partially unloaded or the throttle is fully opened, there should be no obvious ride phenomenon, and the speed fluctuation does not exceed 200r/rain;
4. After installing the speed limiter, the minimum fuel consumption of gasoline is not more than 2858/(kW·h);
5. The idle speed discharge performance of the forklift gasoline engine is CO≤4%HCa<900×10-6.
